PACE

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility. PACE in MA (MassPACE) is a unique integrated care model for adults 55 years and older available in most areas of MA.  This introductory module is for PACE staff and ADRC staff who work with families to help navigate care for older adults.
