What You Can Expect…

You should receive a confirmation email once you pre-register for a live webinar.  We will also send you a reminder email approximately one day before the start of the live event. You can also find the live webinar information in the “My Profile” section of the website, once you login. If for some reason you have not received either of these emails prior to the start of the webinar, contact us at Learning.OneCare@umassmed.edu.

In the interim, please review the following important information and take action where appropriate.

How to Prepare...

The One Care Learning Team is using Adobe Connect 8.x as the technology host for our live webinars. To help ensure successful participation, please check the following as soon as possible so if you do have technical challenges, you will have time to get them sorted out.

A day or two before your scheduled webinar, we suggest that you perform a browser test to check that your computer can access the Adobe Connect webinar.

You can access listen-only audio over the Internet (VoIP; no fee) or by telephone (standard calling fees apply).  For clear and consistent VoIP, be sure to use a wired, broadband Internet connection and computer speakers, a headset, or headphones.
